Attorney Francisco Botto has over 25 years of legal experience, and he has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of criminal defense, personal injury, and driver's license reinstatement cases. He has worked with hundreds of clients to prepare for formal and informal hearings with the Secretary of State, helping them regain their driver's licenses or obtain driving relief.

Mr. Botto believes in taking as much time as necessary to ensure that clients are prepared to demonstrate that they will act safely and responsibly once their driver's licenses have been reinstated. He knows the procedures followed during the driver's license reinstatement process and the requirements that drivers will need to meet to get back on the road. He provides clients with guidance to ensure they can answer the questions that are asked during license reinstatement hearings.

Attorney Botto also has extensive legal experience with criminal cases and personal injury claims. He has defended clients in criminal cases involving offenses ranging from battery to felony charges of criminal sexual abuse. He has tried more than 20 trials to verdict and conducted hundreds of bench trials and contested hearings. He has also successfully litigated many complex personal injury and workers' compensation cases, and he works to ensure that injury victims are fully compensated for their damages.

In every situation, Mr. Botto strives to provide high-quality legal help and representation to his clients, and he is dedicated to helping them successfully resolve issues related to driver's license suspensions or revocations, as well as a wide variety of other legal concerns.
